Dell introduced (officially and finally) the Latitude XT Tablet PC. Lionel’s first post on it received >400 comments and is the #1 most viewed post in Direct2Dell’s history. This sounds like a really nice tablet (Dell is a GCI client).

Another monitoring tool getting some attention. I signed up for a beta and will let you know what I think. They have great messages, but the “proof is in the pudding” as they say. They are promising to do some non-trivial stuff (like auto-sentiment).
