Interesting post from Scoble on Apple and its brand promise. I also believe Apple fans (or fanatics) are exhibiting some post-purchase rationalization when they actively protect the Apple brand against critics.

23andMe is a service that helps you read and understand your DNA. You submit your saliva using their kit, you can then “Google” your DNA to learn more about yourself and your family. At $999 it’s expensive, but could be very helpful.
