Rachelle Spero Joins GCI Digital Media
I’m thrilled to announce that Rachelle Spero is joining our Digital Media practice to lead the charge in our NYC office. She brings 14 years of public relations and interactive marketing experience to our table. She has solid digital media and healthcare experience, plus technology and consumer marketing know-how (a press release will go out in the coming days). Rachelle officially started Monday, but she and I have been working together for more than a week on some cool opportunities. In fact, she’s already making an impact at clients. We ran a workshop over lunch for our healthcare team. She has really hit the ground running! Welcome, Rachelle!

Random question for you/group: what are your thoughts on company-created Wikipedia entries?

Wow! Blogging is much harder than I ever thought. Paul Walker, you are not an easy blog to find when one doesn’t know where to look. I too am new to GCI and I am heading up the consumer practice in Canada. This GCI Academy Skills Challenge is great for people like me who are new to blogging.

Welcome Rachelle!
Have you ever worked with the good people from Apple? I hear they’re doing amazing things with video Ipods!

Thanks, Paul. I’m positively blown away by your ability to inspire a group of people to engage in the practice of digital media relations and not just talk about the theory. Outstanding creative digital leadership!!!!!!!
Thanks to the team for your very kind words. I’m delighted you met the digital media challenge and I can honestly say I’ve never worked with a more talented, inquisitive and passionate group of people.
Onward and upward.
